* Updated list of templates be informed subjected to the approval by the TRAI
* Make sure that user account has been enable d to use the above templates; please contact our support team for the same.
* Kindly submit your templates which are of your critical use to facilitate an acceptance within 3 working days.
* SENDER ID should be SCHOOL for all the templates as per the process.
* SMS delivery will get affected if the message even has a single character alteration other than the above mentioned templates/ sender ID.

Dear User,

in the View of New Guide lines from RBI to give first Priority to Banking messages, a Heavy Message Delivery Traffic stacked up at Service Provider. Also the financial year Start adds up to the traffic hick ups from few days. So SMS in Transactional Route may get Delivered with some Latency.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. According to sources, process is initiated to solve the issue at the earliest.
